1. Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Every clock from Embby is made to order with love and attention. Our skilled artisans spend 7 to 10 business days carefully hand-embroidering your clock. 

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timelines

Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by region. All delivery windows begin after order processiong is complete.
  • Urgent Delivery: Contact us in advance so we can prioritize your order.

Ry Region:

United States: 

  • Shipping Cost: 20 USD (order under 100USD)
  • Delivery: 2-8 business days

Canada: 

  • Shipping Cost: 27 USD (order under 137 CAD)
  • Delivery: 2-8 business days

EU, UK, Australia & New Zealand: 

  • Shipping Cost: 20 USD (order under 100USD)
  • Delivery: 2-8 business days

All Other Regions: 

  • Shipping Cost: 20 USD (order under 100USD)
  • Delivery: 2-9 business days

Overseas Territories & Islands*: 

  • Shipping Cost: 20 USD (order under 100USD)
  • Delivery: 5-12 business days

*Includes remote regions outside continental mainland.

 

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation via email once your order leaves our facility. Use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.


4. important Notes

Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs charges. For customs clearance and your convenience, we will charge for this part in advance according to the policies of different countries.

Delays: While rare,  carrier delays (e.g. weather, customs) may occasionally impact delivery times.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, we will ensure all necessary steps are taken on our end to track the product and facilitate its delivery to you.
