1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are confirmed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Every clock from Embby is made to order with love and attention. Our skilled artisans spend 7 to 10 business days carefully hand-embroidering your clock.

3. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation via email once your order leaves our facility. Use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
4. IMPORTANT NOTES
Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs charges. For customs clearance and your convenience, we will charge for this part in advance according to the policies of different countries.
Delays: While rare, carrier delays (e.g. weather, customs) may occasionally impact delivery times.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, we will ensure all necessary steps are taken on our end to track the product and facilitate its delivery to you.
Prices and timelines are subject to change during peak seasons or promotional periods.
5. REFUNDS & RETURN
Due to all orders being custom-made, and it takes a lot of time and labor to make by hand, we are unable to accept refunds. All sales are final.

6. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our designated address.
