No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method, but other payment options will be gradually added over the next 1-3 months.

Unfortunately, all orders are made on demand and we do not accept cancellations. If you do need to change your information, please contact our via email kelly@embby.com or whatsapp i+1(306) 514-0389 mmediately. We wil verify the progress of your order.

If your order is still in the queue, you can amend it free of charge. However, if your order has already begun production, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

You can track your order 24 hours after it delivered.

Due to all orders are custom made, and it take a lot of time and labor to made by hand, we are unable to accpet refunds. All sales are final.
